If you work for a website or maintain a personal blog you probably need to edit a few images everyday, and XeIMG Image Editor will help you with that.
This simple, AIR-based application lets you apply a series of effects on your images with one single click. All you have to do is load the photo, tick the desired effect and save the result. It's great for people who don't have enough artistic skills or can't be bothered messing around with complicated options, but it may feel a bit too basic for those who prefer to tweak visual effects in great detail.
XeIMG Image Editor features a handful of filters and effects (black and white, blur, sharpen, negative, embossing...) and offers a real-time preview of the image at all times. You can also tweak color values, apply a mask to get round corners and rotate the image on its axis. What the program lacks is some basic editing tools such as cropping and resizing – probably the most used ones, in fact.
